Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise in Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AURA will be critical in creating robust and scalable applications.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, LWC, and AURA to meet business requirements.

2. Build and maintain Salesforce applications that integrate with various business systems.

3. Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance functionality and user experience.

4. Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including managing user accounts, page layouts, dashboards, and reporting.

5. Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for Salesforce usage.

6. Act as a point of contact for client-facing interactions, gathering requirements, and providing technical support.

7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.

9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


Requirement:

1. 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

2. Proficient in Apex, Triggers, and Classes.

3. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AURA framework.

4. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

5. Knowledge of Salesforce administration tasks, including page layouts and dashboards.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.

10. Salesforce Certified Administrator.

11. Experience with integration tools and third-party applications.

12. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
