Job Summary: This job involves comprehensive project management and strategic planning, focusing on aligning project objectives with organizational goals. The responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables, creating detailed project documentation, and translating project requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
In a leadership capacity, the role requires motivating and guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication, and representing project delivery to clients. Risk management is a key aspect, involving the identification and mitigation of potential challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Location and Address:
This is a full-time, hybrid position. The incumbent can work from home but must be present on-site for the initial 2-3 weeks and then at least one day a week at the following location:

Work Schedule:
- Please note that this position requires the candidate to work in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) to support our Canadian client-facing teams. The working hours will align with Canadian business hours to ensure seamless collaboration and communication with our clients and teams based in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Translate project deliverables into detailed tasks, ensuring clear instructions for teams to execute work effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Represent all aspects of delivery in a client-facing capacity.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools for success.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess risks associated with project delivery.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans and strategies to address potential challenges.
- Proactively manage issues to minimize their impact on project timelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular status meetings and presentations for key stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with resource managers to ensure optimal allocation of personnel to projects.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes.
Timeline Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Adjust project timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or resource availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of enterprise project management experience, preferably in a technology agency setting, technology consulting, or e-commerce implementation and management.
- Expertise in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Proven ability to deliver various project types and deliverables, such as website design, development, e-commerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content, and digital experience platforms.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and loyalty industries.
- Familiarity with working with teams across North America and Asia.
- Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems, including Salesforce, Contentful, and Adobe products.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Financial acumen to manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
